Fleet Statement
Users now have the flexibility in choosing how they would like the Fleet Statement to print.
There are 4 options under the Reports screen:
Fleet Statement - Total Folder Balance
This is the original Fleet Statement that reflects the Total Folder Invoice Balance. Choose whether the header prints your business's Legal Entity name and Address (LE) or the Location Name and Address (Loc).
Fleet Statement - Due From Customer
On this version of the Fleet Statement, the "Total" column reflects the total amount owed by the Customer, not the Invoice total. Any payments made by the Customer will be deducted to show the Balance. Choose whether the header prints your business's Legal Entity name and Address (LE) or the Location Name and Address (Loc).
By default, the system will use the "Fleet Statement - Total Folder Balance (LE)" report when "Print Statement" is selected on the Outstanding AR tab. If you would like to use one of the other versions instead, e-mail nexsupport@nexsyis,com to have the Fleet Statement preference setting changed.
PBS Tab
A new "Tax" row has been included in the PBS tab to document customers' HST or GST obligations.

Schedule Book button on Folder and Vehicle Center
The Schedule Book button on the Folder screen and at the bottom of the Vehicle Center Opportunities and Scheduled Drops tabs will now open the Schedule Book screen to the date of the last appointment on that Folder. This enhancement enables users to quickly find and potentially reschedule appointments with a simple right-click action.
