Customer Training and Product Support Specialist

Position Overview

As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in providing onboarding support, virtual, and onsite training to both new and existing customers. Your expertise will guide them in implementing best practices, fostering customer engagement, and maximizing the utilization of Nexsyis's proprietary software. Your responsibilities include monitoring the helpdesk and phone line, promptly addressing product usage inquiries, and ensuring a courteous and effective resolution to exceed client expectations.

Job Duties

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with Nexsyis clientele to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and product utilization.

  • Act as a product expert for Nexsyis's proprietary repair management software application.

  • Proactively acquire and convey new product information to clients.

  • Monitor the HelpDesk application and phone line to promptly respond to help requests related to our proprietary software, resolving queries via phone or email courteously and efficiently.

  • Conduct onboarding for new customers, managing setup, and organizing web-training courses.

  • Conduct onsite training when necessary, with an estimated travel commitment of 6-10 weeks per year.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses direct experience in one of the following areas:

  • Working with a management system in a collision repair facility.

  • Software training and support.

  • Job experience in the automotive parts, sales, service, refinish, or rental industry.

Location

This is a remote position. The candidate must have access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Travel and Hours

Travel will be required to collision repair facilities for onsite training, estimated at 6-10 weeks per year.

Based on 40-hour work week. West coast hours may be required. 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Type: Salary, starting wage based on experience.

  • Full benefits available after 90 days of employment, including 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance, HSA, and paid time off
