Customer Training and Product Support Specialist

Provides onboarding support and virtual training to new and existing customers, advising on best practices in order to drive customer engagement and product utilization for Nexsyis's proprietary software. Responsible for monitoring helpdesk and phone line to field product usage questions from end users, providing assistance in a timely and courteous manner to exceed client expectations.
Build business relationships with Nexsyis clientele to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and product utilization
Serve as a product expert for Nexsyis's repair management application
Proactively learn and educate clients on new product information
Monitor HelpDesk application and phone line to respond to help requests related to our proprietary software. Resolve requests by phone or e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
Onboard new customers. Communicate to gather company information, manage set up, and conduct web-training courses
Trouble-shoot and document reported product issues for development staff
Perform onsite training, as needed (estimated 6-8 weeks a year)
Assist in the expansion of product knowledge-base documentation by creating product training documents and videos
Requires an associate degree from an accredited college or, in the absence of a degree, directly-related job experience in the automotive parts, sales, service, refinish, or rental industry.
Travel may be required to collision repair facilities for onsite training. Expected 6-8 weeks per year
Pay Type is Salary. Starting wage based on experience. Full benefits after 90 days of employment, including 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance, HSA, and paid time off.
