NexsyisNow: Creating Work Orders

You can now create work orders on folders in NexsyisNow. If there is an active estimate without an existing work order, there will be a button available on multiple tabs within the Folder to create a work order:

As a reminder, you can access the work order from the Work Order tab in the folder, the Tech Clock, and the Folder's card on the Dashboard.

NexsyisNow: Improvements to Photo Capture

We have added additional aspect ratios to the Quick Capture functionality in Nexsyis Now to improve photo quality and user experience. The user can choose between 4:3, 3:2, and 1:1 to get different height/widths of images when capture photos for a Folder.

You can toggle between the aspect ratios in the top-right corner of the page once the camera has loaded after approving access to NexsyisNow. Whatever aspect ratio was last used by the user will be the default one loaded the next time the camera is accessed.

Nexsyis: SecureShare Auto-Import Troubleshooting

There is now an orange 'i' icon that displays next to estimate lines within the Folder whenever auto-import fails for the CCC SecureShare integration. If you see the icon on an estimate line, select the estimate and then Re-Import Estimate to trigger the pop-up that provides additional information on why it didn't automatically import.

An example issue that may occur is when there are multiple labor rates for the same labor type. We have detailed instructions on how to resolve the error in CCC outlined on the wiki below:
