Updates to GP Analyzer Screen in Nexsyis

Update to Sales Code Grouping in GP Analyzer

Previously, when a folder contained costs not linked to an estimate line, the GP Analyzer would split a sales code into two separate entries—for example, Parts Aftermarket and Parts Aftermarket*—with the asterisk (*) indicating that some costs were not associated with an estimate line (i.e., Cost with No Sale).

Now, the GP Analyzer displays only one line per sales code. If any Cost No Sale items exist within that sales code, an asterisk (*) will appear next to the sales code name. When you double-click to expand the detail, any line items that meet this condition will also display an asterisk next to their description.

Additionally, you can now double-click on any detail line to open the corresponding AP invoice, making it easier to investigate and verify cost entries directly from the GP Analyzer.

New Permission to View Technician Time Data

We’ve introduced a new permission: “Transaction Permission: GPAnalyzer - Technician Time Punch Data.” This permission is now required to view sensitive technician time data on the GP Analyzer screen. Users without this permission will see the Rate and Amount fields as blank.
