Shop Supplies Integration with NCS Log1c
Shops can now automatically pull shop supplies invoices from NCS Log1c into Nexsyis, giving users visibility into potential billing opportunities.
Whats New:
New integration: Nexsyis now connects to NCS Log1c via API, automatically pulling shop supplies invoices directly into your repair folders.
Not an AP item: Since these aren't bills owed to a vendor, they skip Accounts Payable and instead become a billing opportunity you can act on.
Easy to spot: A light blue "Shop Supplies" exception appears on the Exceptions screen when supplies are pulled in from Log1c.
Simple workflow: Right-click the exception → select "Shop Supplies Invoice" to view the invoice (also saved as a Folder Document) → review and decide whether to update your estimate to bill for the items.
Wrap-up: Mark the exception as "Allowed" once reviewed

Sending Videos from Nexsyis
Users can now send videos from Nexsyis
Videos saved to a folder can now be sent to customers in the communication tab via text or email. The customer receives a link that allows them to view or save the video file.
