A field has been added to capture the payor/insurance company

The photo capture has been updated to require the following photos:

  1. 4 corners (LF, RF, LR, RR)

  2. Dash with mileage

  3. License plate

  4. VIN

  5. Damage area(s) from 3 and 6 feet away
