Updates to NexsyisNow

New Feature: Photo Categories

We have added multiple "photo categories" for users to choose from when adding photos from NexsyisNow. The UPD photos button on NexsyisNow has been replaced with a drop-down menu where users can select a category, including Unrelated Prior Damage.

Note: The Unrelated Prior Damage toggle in the desktop app has been replaced with a Category drop-down menu

Media Tab Update

The Media tab has been updated to organize photos by category. Select a photo to update the repair stage, panel, or category.

New: Photo Comments

Click Edit in the Comments section at the bottom to add a comment

Presentation Mode Updates

The button to launch presentation mode if you are logged into NexsyisNow has been moved from the left side menu to above the In Process grid

Card design and Share button

We have been working on an enhancement that will allow users to customize the fields that appear on the production board Presentation Mode cards, as well as easily share the URL that contains all board information (card fields, stages, and KPI cards).

Each card is now a 2x6 grid, that contains up to 12 fields that will be able to be selected by users.

• Phase 1 of this project is replicating your current board/card settings so that users do not experience any disruption.

• Phase 2 will allow users to select custom fields to display

Click the "Share" button to generate a link that contains all selected board information
