Updates to Nexsyis Support

Nexsyis is currently making important updates to enhance the security of our platform. As part of this transition, we are now using Splashtop as our remote support tool.

If one of our team members needs to start a screen sharing session with you, here’s what you can expect:


  1. You will receive an email from your Nexsyis Representative with a secure link: https://nexhelp.com

  2. Open the link and download/run the program.

  3. A 9-digit session code will appear on your screen.

  4. Reply back to your Nexsyis Representative with the session code.

  5. Once provided, we will be able to connect to your device to assist you.
