Update to NexsyisNow: Customer Messaging Template Setup

Customer messaging templates can now be set up and managed from the Settings page in NexsyisNow. This page lets you create automated messages triggered by workflows in Nexsyis/NexsyisNow—such as appointment reminders, repair stage updates, and e-Document set notifications.


Message Template Categories

  • Appointment Reminders: These templates automatically trigger a message to a customer when an appointment type is created. There is also the option to set up first and second reminder notifications, which will send the same message at your specified intervals.

  • Custom: Users can create custom templates to send manually from the Folder Communication. 

  • Vehicle Delivered: Multiple messages can be set up at the desired intervals after the Vehicle Delivered checkbox is set within a folder.

  • Folder Events: Message templates that trigger after specific folder workflows are performed - including After Final Review, Email Returning Signed Documents, Folder Invitation, etc.

  • Repair Plan Steps: Message templates in this group automatically send a text or email after a repair stage is completed. A company-wide setting can delay sending (e.g., by 30 minutes). If the stage is moved back during this delay, the message won’t be sent until the stage is completed again.

  • Document Sets: Messages that will be sent to the customer when you send Document Sets to be viewed or signed. 


To access this setup page, navigate to Settings > Messaging Templates to view the message template categories:

Select the Pencil icon to add/edit a template in the Edit Template screen.

Once a template is added and saved, a checkbox will display next to the template in the Completed column.
