New Purchase Assistant "Status Note" Column

A new column called "Status Note" has been added that allows you to type a note in the line for that purchase status.

With this enhancement, you now have the ability to add a note specific to each purchase order status.

This feature is particularly useful when you are dealing with a single part that goes through multiple stages such as receiving, rejection/return, and re-ordering. By typing in the "Status Note" column for each purchase status, you can keep track of important information or updates related to that specific stage.

It is important to note that once you update the purchase status, such as receiving the part, the note will automatically clear. This ensures that your notes remain relevant and reflects the most recent information for each stage of the purchase order.
