Review Journal Entries

A new feature has been added that allows users to mark Journal Entries as reviewed.

1. Transaction Permission: "Review Journal Entries" is required

2. A user cannot review a journal entry that they created

You will see a button if a JE has not been reviewed and you have permission, and you are not the creator of the JE:

When you click the button to mark it reviewed, it will update the Review information immediately.

Journal entries that have been reviewed show the USERID in the search list on the screen.

"Invoice to Location" on AP Invoice screen

The location list prompt that shows when the vendor is not set to centralized billing and:

a. There is more than one distribution line across multiple locations, or

b. The distribution line(s) are to a financial category that is recorded to the Legal Entity only

Now includes non-production locations in the list
