Folder Document Names

We have removed the setup screen for "Folder Document Names". Folder Document Names and the list under the "Folder" menu in the Document Imaging screen is now one consistent list managed under the Documents & Imaging setup screen.

To manage your list: Open System / Setup / Documents / Documents & Imaging At the bottom of the screen, click the New button.

Fill in the document details as shown below, selecting "Folder" for the "Document Links To" and "Parent Menu Item" fields. Click Save.

The document name will now be available under both the Document Imaging menu and the Folder Documents tab when renaming documents

Setup Permissions

Some setup screen permissions have changed. Please see the image below for necessary permissions needed to access the setup screens located under each menu group
