Updates to NexsyisNow: BMS Estimate Imports & Translated Documents

Estimate Importing via CCC SecureShare in NexsyisNow

Users can now import estimates via BMS/SecureShare in NexsyisNow. Users can import an estimate into an existing folder OR while creating a new folder, similar to how it is done in the Nexsyis app.

They can select the customer from the Pending Estimates list. The information tied to the estimate (contact info, vehicle info, etc.) will load directly into the New Folder panel. There, the user can fill in any required and/or missing information before creating the folder.

Upon creation, the user will automatically be redirected to the new customer folder. There, they can review the estimate and create the Work Order with one click.

NOTE: NexsyisNow allows for estimate importing via SecureShare, not EMS import. EMS import will continue to be supported in the Nexsyis desktop app.

Translating Folder Documents

NexsyisNow has the capability to print documents to PDF that have been translated to Spanish or French (Canadian).

Within the Folder Documents tab, expand the Language drop-down and select the translation of choice. (English is the default) You can select the Print icon next to a document name or check multiple documents to print all translated to a single PDF.

NOTE: Translation only applies to documents under Shop/Workflow or Financial. Any attachments will display however they were uploaded.
