Work Order screen changes

For Nexsyis version 1.3.2.562+

We have made the following changes to the work order screen:

1. Each estimate will show under its own grouping

2. All header lines (for Mitchell and CCC estimates) will show with a grey background

3. Double-click on the line description to add a line note

4. Double-click on the Sales Code to select a conversion

5. Double-click on the sales code at the bottom to filter to those lines in the grid

6. Click the "Clear" button to clear the filter
