New Features: Videos and e-Vehicle Check-In

We are excited to announce the upcoming release of two new features

  1. Videos: you can now attach videos to a Folder under the Folder-Videos tab or in NexsyisNow under Manage Video. Note: Video Categories need to be first set up before you can add videos.

  2. e-Vehicle Check-In: this NexsyisNow feature guides an employee through the check-in process (confirming customer contact information, taking repair-related and un-related prior damage photos, and answering Repair-related questions. Note: these questions will need to be set up. If you are using Nexsyis e-auth tool, the resource can then send the customer the e-authorization that contains the digital vehicle check-in sheet (if this document type is marked as Visible to the Customer).

Action items to use these features:

  1. Set up Video Categories under Setup / Folder / Video Categories

  2. Set up Repair Related Questions for VCI under Setup / Folder / Repair Questions

  3. Set up the document type of "E-Vehicle Check-In" to be "Visible to Customer" under Setup / Documents / Documents & Imaging
